Cleansing is important - shampoo your hair , with non-chlorine water (Magic showerhead will improve your water quality) as often as you feel. It will not do any harm to your hair ( unless your water is bad) except get it clean! Do not put on your hair a lot of creams, gels etc., clean healthy hair in most cases do not require any additional "stuff" ...

We found some old recipes that use natural products and it is easy to use. Use your favorite most accepted by  your hair shampoo as a base and just simply add natural products such as essential oils, herbal teas etc.

Egg Shampoo

☼☼  Break an egg yolk into a plastic cup and beat it until thick and pale yellow. Add 1 ounce of the shampoo and mix well. Shampoo as usual.

More Egg Shampoo

☼☼This recipe is particularly good for dry or damaged hair as it cleans without removing the natural conditioning effect of your own scalp oils. In addition it helps to repair your hair with protein. Beat two or three eggs until fluffy and work them well into hair for at least a full minute. Let them remain for another 5-15 minutes to benefit from protein and then rinse with warmish water. DO NOT USE HOT water or you'll have "omelet cap"!

Protein Treatment

☼☼2-3 whole eggs beat with 1 tbsp lemon juice until fluffy. Work well into wet, clean hair and leave on for twenty minutes. Rinse with barely warm water and follow with herbal rinse.

If you'd like a natural remedy for your flaky scalp, try tea tree oil.  Washing your scalp with a tea tree oil-containing solution may help control dandruff.  Research suggests that shampooing daily with a solution that is 5 percent tea tree oil by volume should do the trick.

Mix a few drops of the oil with a couple tablespoons of your shampoo, mix well and shampoo as usual! It is very easy, you just need to have the needed essential oils in your cabinet handy. Another way is to add the essential oil to the Magic Shower's vitamin filter and you get double benefits!
