HOW TO START YOUR DAY

Starting your day from the right leg is important as it sets your mood for the whole day. Can you do it - the answer is yes, the question is how?

Definitely with the exercise. The secret is how to enjoy it. No one will help you to find the secret (not even Martha Stuart) ... except you! Try to ask yourself a question "what would be the less difficult think for me to do (except sleep late)". If the answer is "to go to a gym at 6am in the morning" - just do it. If the answer is "I have only 15 to 30 minutes before work" try some of our recommendations below:

  1. What can be better than running or walking in the morning - DO IT!
  2. If you like yoga, fat blasting yoga tape from Denise Austin is excellent. You do not have to do the whole tape in the morning, do just one or two fragments 
  3. Use some essential oils to wake you and keep you going - Jasmin oil or any citrus type oils, such as orange or grapefruit is excellent!

Do whatever you like to wake up and start a great day!

Drinking two glasses of water in the morning before a meal (drink one before you exercise and one -after) will wake up and re-hydrate your body.

Listen to your body - Make it a HABIT

It is very important to listen and understand  what your body tells you. And your body has different ways of doing it, so do not try to solve all problems at the same time. But  the couple habits below will make your life better and you, we guarantee, will find happiness in every day life!

a) Start your day with exercise

Exercise your body and enjoy it! Do not run every time to your scale to check if you lost a pound or two, it is not important, just enjoy your body power because as more you exercise the more powerful you are!

b) Eat right for YOU

Our body needs food as our car needs fuel. If the fuel is not good for your car, it will not drive well. The same applies to your body! Analyze what food busts your metabolism and eat it more, do not be afraid to experiment.

c) Sleep well at night

If you deprive your body from sleep it tries to survive by requesting more food.

Sleep can  be used as another natural form of stress relief. During the sleep the neurotransmitters (positive mood hormones) are replenished and we feel relaxed and ready to handle day's challenges. One of the reasons you feel moody and stressed is not enough sleep. Expert recommend developing consistent habits by failing asleep and waking up at nearly the same time each day.
